Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Polygony store and all digital assets, downloads, and services offered by Polygony Creation Co., Ltd. (“Polygony”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be able to form a binding contract to purchase from us.

Purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the asset in your own Minecraft servers and projects, subject to any product-specific license terms shown on the product page.

You may edit, modify, or recolor the assets to match your server’s theme for your own use. Any modified or recolored version remains subject to these Terms and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared with others.

Unless a product explicitly states otherwise, you may not redistribute, resell, sub-license, or share the source files, in whole or in part, and you may not claim the assets as your own creation.

Prices are shown on each product page and may change at any time. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; by checking out you agree to their terms in addition to ours. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Products are delivered digitally. After a completed payment, the download is unlocked in your account library. You may re-download purchased items and their updates for as long as your account remains in good standing.

Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been downloaded. If a product is materially defective or not as described, contact us and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis.

All assets, branding, and store content remain the intellectual property of Polygony or its licensors. Your license does not transfer any ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

You may not use the store or assets for unlawful purposes, attempt to circumvent access or download controls, reverse-engineer the platform, or resell access to your account.

The store and assets are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polygony is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or assets.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the store after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
